2016 Tempranillo 'Limited Release'
Tempranillo is a Spanish variety that is wonderfully juicy and flavoursome. A limited release wine produced from the Pandemonium Estate vineyard in very small quantities.
A dry, soft and plush tannin structure with a hint of seasoned oak. Flavours of red plum, blueberry and raspberry that builds through the mid-palate. A medium-bodied wine with an enduring persistent and savoury finish.
Ray Jordan; The West Australian Wine Guide 2019 writes ... "This is a really nice tempranillo, just perfect for current drinking in the way they love it to do it in Spain - with some tapas. Aromas of red berry with specific raspberry nuances and a little dusty, earthy character. The palate is smooth and seamless, with a mix of red fruits and dried herbs. Subtle tannin and a faint suggestion of oak." 91/100
